VESSANTS

VESSANTS is an aged red wine from Finca Masia Esplanes, made with Cabernet, Merlot, Grenache and Syrah varieties.

It is fermented in stainless steel vats between three and four weeks at a controlled temperature. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

The VESSANTS has complex and at the same time soft characteristics, with a well-structured ensemble.

TASTING: cherry red, well covered. Aroma of red and ripe fruits with toast and nuts. A complex entrance with a fresh finish. In the mouth, a velvety and fine tannin stands out, with an elegant, long and powerful mouth journey.

CATERING: perfect to combine with meat dishes such as stews and roasts typical of Mediterranean cuisine, and of course with cheeses.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 17-18ºC.
