ENLLAÇ

ENLLAÇ is an ECOLOGICAL white wine from Finca Mas de Masos made with Viognier and white grenache. Macerated on the skins where fermentation begins with native yeasts and finished with new French oak barrels.

ENLLAÇ is a bright golden yellow wine. It is a wine to discover and enjoy the experience. Born from the link of Grenache Blanc and Viognier. The vines are planted in the lowest part of the Finca Mas de Masos. The Viognier is just behind a slope with little sunlight (8-10 hours of sun) and the Grenache, on the other hand, has more hours of sunlight, is higher and oriented to the southeast.

TASTING: straw yellow with golden and green tones. The aroma highlights very ripe tropical fruits and floral nuances with a slightly aniseed finish. In the mouth we find a voluminous and full wine where the fruit of the aroma stands out.

CATERING: Perfect for baked fish seasoned with spices, good poultry recipes, smoked salmon and it's amazing when accompanied by caviar.

OBSERVATIONS: store away from light and at a temperature between 10 and 16ºC.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6-10ºC.
