MASIA ESPLANES

MASIA ESPLANES is a great red wine from Finca Masia Esplanes, made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Grenache and Syrah, with the best grapes from the estate. With long maceration, it is aged in oak barrels for 12 months and one year in the bottle.

The MASIA ESPLANES is a soft and pleasant wine, with the necessary wood, which identifies very well with the type of structured wine with complex high-end aromas of the area.

TASTING: very intense color with red and violet tones. Compact and complex aroma, red fruits and spices stand out. In the mouth, its astringent but fleshy power stands out, very persistent, with a retronasal smell of spices and cocoa. It is a wine with a lot of life.

CATERING: ideal for game dishes. Red meats with preparations that include tomato sauce, pepper, garlic and dressings with traditional herbs and spices such as rosemary, basil, thyme, oregano, pepper and bay leaf. This is a sublime wine with strong cheeses.

OBSERVATIONS: it is a wine that needs prior decantation to oxygenate the wine before consumption.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 17-18ºC.
