PEDRÍS is a red wine , with character where it has absorbed everything that a wine can sustain, long macerations and fermented by native yeasts at a temperature of 22ºC to 25ºC.

Harvested at Finca Masia Esplanes, and organically grown. Made with Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah varieties.
TASTING: violet red, well covered. Aromas of blackberries, tropical fruits and balsamic. In the mouth it is wide, with volume and a long and very pleasant aftertaste.
CATERING: it can be combined with many Mediterranean dishes, also by the glass as it is very fresh and strongly emphasizes the fruit.
OBSERVATIONS: we can say that it is a young wine, soft on the palate but at the same time consistent and with good qualities to be able to age for a few years.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15-18ºC.
