TASTING: in the senses we highlight a red of high intensity, bright, aromatic scheme of considerable complexity, mineral background, red fruits on the plant, peppers and cinnamon, a touch of chamomile, diaphanous path, docile taste attack, takes liveliness and volume with body temperature, elegant tannic expression, creamy texture, compote winter fruit, subtlety, character.
CATERING: ideal with scientific dishes, where perfection is sought with essences of earth and aromas of the sea.
OBSERVATIONS: the winery currently has some bottles as evidence of this wine.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 17-18ºC.
